No. Every package has a fixed scope and price, so you can order directly, fill in a 5-minute brief and upload your product photos. If you'd rather talk first, book a 15-minute call or message us on WhatsApp.

Your brand name, links to the products, 3–5 photos per product (phone photos are fine for mockups and UGC), and any references you love. The brief in checkout walks you through it, and you can send more files later.

Turnaround is listed on every package and starts once your brief and assets are in: UGC singles in 3 days, mockup sets in 5–10 days, Storefront Starter storefronts in about 14 days. Rush delivery cuts that roughly in half.

Each package lists its revision rounds (usually 1–3). Small fixes such as typos, crops and colour tweaks don't count as a round.

Yes, as long as they are not deceptive. We don't invent testimonials, fake reviews or unprovable claims, and we can add AI-disclosure labels where a platform requires them. We treat AI UGC as testing volume: find the winning angles fast, then scale them (with human creators too, if you want).

Product fidelity is the whole job. We start from your real photos, lock colour, logo and fabric details, and run a human QC pass on every image before delivery. Images that misrepresent the product are rejected, not delivered.

We work to make sure they can't tell from the garment: your real product photo is the source, and we check colour, print, stitching and fit against it before anything ships. For people and scenes we shoot for phone-camera realism, not glossy renders. We still recommend keeping one real photo as the main listing image and using AI images for extra angles, lifestyle shots and ads.

Often, yes. Meta and TikTok show an AI label on some ads, and India's 2026 IT rule amendments require synthetic media to be marked. We deliver files ready to label, never present AI people as real customers, and never write fake reviews.

Our storefronts are built on Shopify by default (theme customisation plus custom sections). For special projects we also build custom React storefronts like the ORVA demo. Either way you own it.

All prices are set and billed in US dollars. The currency switcher shows approximate GBP, EUR, AUD, CAD and INR equivalents so you can budget. Your card or bank converts at checkout.

By card through a secure Stripe or Razorpay checkout, or by invoice: place the order now and we email you a payment link within one business day. Production starts once payment is received.

UGC Factory is month-to-month: cancel any time before your next billing date. For Growth Pod we recommend a 3-month minimum so creative testing has time to compound, but there is no lock-in contract.

If we haven't started production, you get a full refund. After that, we revise until the work matches the brief, and unused parts of a package can be refunded pro rata. See the refund policy for details.

We are an independent studio based in India and work with brands in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and Europe. You get progress overnight and async updates by email or WhatsApp, and calls are booked in your working hours.

ORVA is our in-house concept label, built end-to-end to show what we do: the interactive rail storefront, the product photography pipeline and the creative. It is a live demo you can click through, not a paid client project.

You do. Once the order is paid in full, you get full commercial rights to every deliverable: images, videos, copy and code.
